ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Ordering The products to be ordered are selected on the homepage by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. When placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is given at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.

  Payment Visma Payments Oy, Company ID: 2486559-4, which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as Verkkokaupa’s payment intermediary. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Payments Oy (hereinafter also “the controller”) ID number: 2486559-4. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer.Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information. The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store. Payment methods

  Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled payment in online stores in the application’s settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet are charged from the payment card attached to the wallet. If charging the payment from the payment card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Flexible invoice and Partial payment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their financial affairs flawlessly. With Jousto, you get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in parts. With installment payment, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 eur/month. The costs of the flexible installment are 3.90 eur/month and a credit interest of 19.90%. You can pay for purchases of 30–3,000 euros with Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.   Delivery

Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time of the products to be delivered is usually 3-5 business days. The products to be delivered are produced according to the order and mailed immediately to the customer. Delivery costs to Finland are free, and a country-specific surcharge is added to the price for deliveries abroad. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout function of the online store before the final acceptance of the order. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.

Domestic deliveries are made via Posti or Matkahuolto, depending on the customer’s choice and the size of the package. Some of the Packages are only suitable for Matkahuolto’s deliveries.

Posti, GSL, UPS or PostNord are responsible for international deliveries.

  Returns

 Web shop’s customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to  return part or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in a salable condition. If you want to return or exchange products, first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information and account number with the return for a possible refund.

  Canceling the order, responsibility for errors and complaints Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled by written notification by e-mail. The online store has statutory error liability for the products sold. In cases of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer potential disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.

TERMS OF PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Jarcce Oy 123456-7 is a company that sells video and photography services, images, image usage rights and interior design products. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Any wishes for changes to the shooting conditions must be mentioned and agreed upon before booking the shooting. If the person booking the shoot is not the person to be photographed, the name of the person to be photographed must be stated when booking.

The filming fee is always paid before filming.

When booking a shoot, an advance payment is paid, which also serves as a booking fee. We will send the invoice as you wish. The advance payment for the shoot has a payment period of two (2) weeks. If the advance payment has not been paid by the due date, the filming time is generally freed up for booking. The advance payment is deducted from the final invoice. The final invoice is due three (3) days before the shoot. If the shoot you booked is less than two (2) weeks away, the invoice must be paid in full before the shoot. It is possible to agree separately on invoices for larger sets of descriptions.

If you have to cancel or the date you booked is not suitable:

Changing the date for a compelling reason can be done free of charge once, but the rescheduling must be notified no later than 24 hours before the shooting. We will look at the new date according to our booking situation. We charge an additional fee of 10% for multiple shooting time transfers.

We have kept the filming date you booked booked and refused other job offers, so the advance payment, which serves as a reservation fee, will not be returned if the job is canceled by the customer.

If you fail to show up for the photo shoot, the photo shoot fee will be charged in full.

The photographer has the right to cancel the shoot in the event of illness or other acute situations, in which case the photographer is released from compliance with contractual obligations and liability for damages. If the shooting is not tied to a specific time, we will try to arrange a new time for the shooting.

You must be punctual when you arrive for the shoot, because being late will reduce the shooting time.

The reserved shooting time is the total time at our disposal and includes, for example, possible transitions from one shooting location to another and/or getting dressed. Additional hours, if the photographer’s schedule allows, for a separate charge according to our price list.

In environmental shootings, weather reservation. In case of bad weather, we shoot indoors, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery of pictures / visual material electronically without additional costs.

Other delivery methods from a separate agreement. Delivery time approximately two (2) weeks from the description, unless otherwise agreed. During high season, delivery times may be longer than normal. The link to electronically delivered images is always valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for backing up their own images.

The photographer retains the right to use the images in his own communication, advertising and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

The photographer is only responsible for his own work and any other service provider collaborators are responsible for their own work.

The price of the shoot includes basic image processing.

Additional processing of the images will be agreed upon separately. Additional processed images include one (1) round of proofing. Additional editing rounds and additional editing related to possible questions of taste and style as separate hourly pricing according to our price list. In creative work, stylistic aspects play a big role, so please familiarize yourself with my style before booking.

We do not hand over raw image files.

Submitted images may not be edited without a separate agreement, and information about the photographer must always be mentioned in connection with the publication in accordance with copyright.

Large image file images may not be handed over to third parties or for commercial purposes without a separate agreement. Sharing web-sized images for private use.

The photographer is not responsible for the clothing, enhancement and location choices of the subject, or matters related to the cleanliness and styling of the subject being photographed. Parents are responsible, for example, for possible damage caused by children and/or pets to the photographer’s property.

All prices include VAT 24% unless otherwise stated.
